I have started to talk about renovations.
I am trying to prepare myself to be very very poor - and not being able to flit off to another country when it all gets too hard.

Yep - Tba town it is.
It is a 3 bedroom place so plenty of room to visit, and heaps of room for a puppy - so that is the next purchase.
It needs work, as we all do, but it is in the CBD and can be rezoned residential for when I need to sell it..... noice.
